What did you spot yesterday at the side of the road?

I just saw all the Birders with their scopes trained in one position so I thought I'd have a noisy.
All I could see was a couple of Goldfinches and they were not in a position to get a shot
in fact if there had have been any thing over there it would have been too far away and too dark.
