It's good that the 100/400 is able to take nice close ups

I don`t think the 150-600 will be as good for close ups, but we`ll soon see.

Won't it work out the same extra focal length 200mm my out weight the minimum
focus distance.
When does it arrive then

No, the minimum focusing is much worse than the 100-400.

It`s just arrived.

It`s bigger than I thought it would be but it`s not that heavy. It has a nice feel to it.

You are more than welcome to have a play.

Yeah, I was hoping to get out tomorrow but I`ve just been to the hospital for a scan and I can`t believe how knackered I am. I could probably manage about 200 Yards.
