I notice in the last one you have pretty much managed to freeze the fly`s wing.

Yeah , When I was processing it I thought it was a mucky mark on the
sensor ,then the light came on .
I went back to look at the exif and the shutter speed was 1/125 sec. (with flash ).

So it was the flash that froze the movement rather than the shutter speed.
